Robert Lund

This was a project I was asked to do for a new restaurant INDO-CHINESE STREET WOK. It was outside the normal style of what I do. This was going to be a resto-mod, turning an unrestored carving into a living piece of art. I am always up for an adventure and to learn about other cultures. They gave me freedom to learn and create on my own and the end result would be mine. Some of the required tasks to be met were, it fit into the new restaurant and was eye catching for the area (Commercial Drive, East Vancouver, Canada).
The AZURE dragon seemed to be of most interest to me and had many qualities that appealed to my inner being and is highly regarded in Chinese mythology.
